Refund policy

Once your order leaves my hands, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I can agree to cancel your order 3 days before the shipping date, but once shipped there is no refund.

Keep in mind that if the order is ready and you no longer want it, I will charge 50% of the payment made for the time and material invested in the order.
